At ElPrinter.com, many of our products are custom printed. Because of this, some orders are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please review the policy below before placing an order.


1. Custom Products (Stickers & Custom Prints)

We do not offer returns or refunds for customized products.

This includes:

  • Custom stickers

  • Custom credit card skins

  • Any item printed using a design uploaded by the customer

Because these products are made specifically for you, all sales are final once production begins.

Please make sure that:

  • your design is correct

  • your dimensions are accurate

  • your order details are final

before completing checkout.


2. Non-Custom Products

Some products may be sold without customization.

These items may be returned if they meet the following conditions:

  • the return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • the item is unused and in original condition

  • the item is returned in its original packaging

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


3. Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale or promotional discount are not eligible for returns or refunds.

All sale purchases are final.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the damaged item

  • photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once confirmed, we will send a replacement product.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • damaged during shipping, or

  • defective due to a printing issue.

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • design mistakes in uploaded artwork

  • color differences caused by screen displays.


6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider. Refund posting times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank to check for pending transactions.
